We went here while on vacation. We ordered our food online and it was ready when when we got there. The employees were very nice and pleasant. We got two cheese steak subs, two hot dogs and fries for our son and a bacon cheese fries. All of which were very good. The bacon cheese fries had real bacon on top and not crumbles which was amazing. Would recommend this place and plan to eat here again when back in the area.

Rick's had some really delicious steak egg rolls and my favorite Dr. Brown's cream soda! Fries were ok. I got them with brown gravy. Price was nice, as were the people. Customers were also friendly and we all had a very nice time eating here. Felt like i was really in Philly! Great job!

Had to visit before heading back to TX. Discovered this place from YT channel The Jamel Show. This is the best cheesesteak that I have tried. I saw other reviews and added the grilled onions and sweet peppers to mine, but do know large bell pepper trio cuts come with the sandwich. I also added mayo. For my tot, I ordered 1 chicken finger and crinkle cut fries. The fries are plain, so be sure to grab salt packets. The batter the chicken was fried in was different but the good kind. Well worth the 2hr drive (round trip) from Chester!

No need to go to Philly for a Cheesesteak, just come here. It’s delicious and they perfect it. Good kids menu as well.

What a wonderful local gem! Family owned & operated, and you know it by the warm way the owners and their team treat you. HUGE portions! And you can even get wit whiz if you like. It's really a great spot with something for everyone. Nice local beer selection too. If you're feeling frisky, the Buffalo Cheesesteak is a must! See you soon, Rick's.

Great experience start to finish! We were welcomed by April when we walked in, placed our orders at the counter for dine in and April brought the food to us when ready. Food looked and tasted amazing (Italian Stallion for my husband, cheesesteak in a bowl for me). Generous portions so we had leftovers which were equally good the next day. Clean restaurant, delicious food, great location, friendly staff..win win!

Rick's is a must each time we stop in Williamsburg. We've tried the burgers and cheesesteaks and always come back to a classic -- the classic cheesesteak with fries. The pizza cheesesteak is surprisingly good, too! The crinkle fries are served hot and crispy.

Delicious cheese steak and chicken cheese steak sandwiches. The fries were good, nothing special, crinkle cut, but they were tasty. It was just warm enough to eat outside. There are a few tables indoors and a small patio outdoors. The young lady who took our order was very sweet and friendly. We waited about 10 minutes for our food.

Ordered a take out order online and was able to pick it up in the timeframe identified. Ordered a Rick’s Original Cheesesteak and it was delicious. Great flavor. Well packaged for the trip back to the hotel. Love the decor.

On vacation in Williamsburg, one afternoon we needed lunch. "Maybe something light," I said. "Yeah we should get something healthy," she said. So we did a search online and instead we ended up here. But were SO glad we did! This little sandwich shop is a stone's throw away from William and Mary, surrounded by beautiful ancient trees and historic brick buildings. There is shared parking in this tiny complex, and big SUVs would find parking a little tricky but we were able to 3 point turn into a spot. We went inside and approached the counter where we read the options from a sign and a menu. The nice young lady behind the counter took our order. Checkout was done with one of those tablet thingies and prompted to choose a tip before paying. I generally find it annoying to be asked for a tip before the service and the meal but I went ahead and trusted that everything would be good, and this time it really was. I went for a medium cheesteak with grilled mushrooms and onions, she picked the turkey club. We shared an order of fries with gravy and got 2 fountain drinks. There is outside/patio seating but there was a family with multiple screaming children crawling all over the other tables so we opted to sit inside which was very clean and simple but appropriate for a little sandwich shop. There was a TV on the wall tuned to a sports channel. After about 10 minutes we were called that our order was ready and we were shocked- the portions were huge and the sandwiches truly looked like food porn. My "medium" cheesesteak was around 9" long and thick, toasted and not at all short on chopped beefy, cheesy, grilled onion and mushroom deliciousness. The wife's turkey club was also hefty and looked like a work of art (see the pics!) The crinkle fries were perfectly fried- crispy and toasty with a light fluffy center. In fact, the fries were SO good, we regretted getting gravy on them because it made these delicious beautiful fries soggy, and the gravy was sadly either instant or c
